Mark Henry was a great help to us as we worked through selling our house in a very uncertain market this summer. From his initial presentation to us to the final handshake at closing, Mark was professional, communicative, encouraging, and positive. He was invariably on top of market trends, including the many price drops in our neighborhood, advising us wisely each step of the way regarding what the market would bear. Through this collaborative, we were finally able to settle on a sale price that resulted in three concurrent offers. Other homes are still sitting on the market in the neighborhood and are unlikely to sell this year. Much of our success in this sale can be attributed to Mark's experience and knowledge of his craft. Also, Mark was super helpful in advising us on viable counteroffers and concessions to offer to the buyers in lieu of making some of the requested repairs following the buyers' inspections. He also opened up to us his extensive network of contractors that were responsive and fairly priced. This enabled a rapid response to the buyers' repair requests and an on-time closing.
